Yoga for strong wrists

All you heavy computer users, here’s a simple exercise to strengthen the wrists

  • Bring your palms together in front of your chest in Anjali Mudra(prayer position). Press the heels of your hands and all ten fingers together while you draw your hands down towards your waist. Hold for 10-15 breaths.
  • Stretch both arms out in front of your chest. Rotate your hands in one direction, then the other.
