The smell of the fresh forest, and the sounds of chirping birds and gushing waterfalls remind us that we, too, belong to nature. I experienced an instant energy reset during a walk through the rainforests of British Columbia – a reminder that we are from nature and to her we must return.
Healing is in our hands, literally. Reiki is the healing technique developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. Reiki is Universal Life Force Energy that can be channelled to heal us.
As a channel, I am guided by intuition and a higher force to unlock stuck energies to enable smooth flow through the chakras and to relieve us from pain.
Reiki healings can be standalone sessions but are even more effective when combined with insights from your Vedic astrology birth chart or from a Tarot card reading.
