This week, surrender to a calmer pace

The week demands that you stay put with your routine and not try to change things up too much. Do less versus more. Bring greater awareness to everything that you do, whether it’s cooking, eating, walking, showering or talking to a friend. Ask if you are being too much in a hurry. If you are, then calm down and take a moment to find your stillness. Then continue your activity in a mindful and gentle manner. Bringing gentleness to your day adds to the quality of your experience.

In the middle of the week, you realise that tradition and structure have their specific roles in society. More than ever before, we will experience the need for systems, order and even hierarchy.  Expect confusion and misinformation about coronavirus to spread, and when this happens well-established systems will come to the rescue.

There is fear and apprehension all around. Arm yourself with precaution and an abundance of caution. It’s always better to err on the side of caution. This week will also bring in turns, emotional burden, hope and inspiration and also fatigue. Clutch tight to your optimism and it will ride with you to a more sunny side of things.
